1. Cookies and local storage
A cookie is a small piece of data that a website or service can save in your browser. Local storage can keep preferences on your device. You can clear both in your browser settings.
2. What HIT La Radio uses
- Contact form: when you use it, PHP may create a session cookie to control the interval between submissions and perform other technical checks.
- Preferences: local storage remembers your selected station, volume, recent data shown in the player, viewed artist biographies, reminders, dismissal of the installation notice and your answer to the cookie notice.
- Offline use: the installable app may cache site files in your browser to show an offline screen.
- Verification: Google reCAPTCHA loads when you interact with the form and may use its own cookies or storage to prevent automated submissions.
3. External services
Audio, music information, fonts and some visual resources come from external services, which may receive technical browser data. PayPal and social media sites apply their own technologies and policies when you visit them. We currently do not use our own personalized advertising or visitor-analytics tool on this website.
4. What the notice buttons do
The buttons save your choice in this browser. “Accept” also permits an invitation to enable notifications, which remains subject to a separate browser permission. “Decline” skips that invitation. This choice does not block every external connection or the verification needed to submit the form.
5. Managing stored data
You can clear cookies, local storage and cache in your browser's privacy settings. Blocking them may affect the form, saved preferences or offline use. For questions, email info@hitlaradio.com.
